The Flat Cats have performed at many different venues and events throughout the Midwest, including Epiphany Center For The Arts, Navy Pier, The Drake Hotel, The Ritz Carlton, Club Arcada, Willowbrook Ballroom, Pete Miller’s, Green Mill Lounge, and the Summer Dance Series in Grant Park. The band has also backed legendary singing groups such as The Drifters and The Crystals at major venues like The Chicago Theatre, Star Plaza, and Pabst Theatre in Milwaukee, WI. The Flat Cats even traveled halfway around the globe to India to perform at the grand opening of Windmill Craftworks Live Music Venue and Brewery in Bangalore.
The Flat Cats perform their music equally well in any environment, from cocktail music for your dinner event to a full theater/stadium show for thousands. Open To The Public!
We are thrilled to announce a special event celebrating 75 incredible years of our neighborhood’s OLD TOWN ART FAIR, and the community, past and present, that continues this accomplishment.
Join us for a joyous cocktail party fundraiser at the Chicago History Museum to honor this milestone and the vibrant spirit that makes our neighborhood so special.
Here are some fun details:
- The Flat Cats band will entertain with music through the decades.
- Enjoy appetizers, wine, beer, and a signature cocktail or two.
- Photo Booth for you and your friends to make a memory.
- Raffle, Silent Auction and Special Guests.
- Cocktail attire - you are encouraged to dress in a decade of your choosing.

The evening also features burlesque by Miss Nyxon in between sets, followed by a late night DJ set.
Please note there is a $5 per person entertainment fee for tables seated within the main stage area (including the cabaret, backstage, and side stage).
